I found yoga in my 20's as a former athlete living with sustained injuries. As we season over the years (age) we learn the importance of listening to our bodies. In turn we also have to listen to our minds because the mind is the place that houses our ideals, ultimately housing the spaces where we form blockages OR our creativity flows.
Yoga quickly became a tool that I took pleasure adding to my armory! Everyday it's helping me build on my weight training, cardio, Christian faith, mental health, and overall wellness. I look forward to sharing this beautiful practice with others as I am certain it will be an asset to your lives too 🕉️
