AERIAL YOGA CLASSES

Aerial yoga is the practice of traditional Hatha yoga by using a low-hanging soft fabric hammock that supports up to a 1000 lbs. With the weight of the body partially or fully supported along with the help of gravity and the fabric, we can explore and create space in our bodies as intended in traditional Yoga practice.

Aerial yoga offers the same benefits of a more traditional yoga class, but also provides certain unique qualities that can take your yoga practice to new heights! The hammocks are used as a prop for our yoga postures, keeping aerial classes consistent to floor classes.  Our classes provide a space to reach your edge in a completely safe space.  It can be a little scary...this helps you face some fears, encourages trust and allows you to let go!

INTRO TO AERIAL YOGA

If it's your first aerial class or if you want to learn more about the basics, our intro to aerial yoga will give you a better understanding of the hammocks and how we use them to assist our yoga practice. This format is for all levels.

LEVEL ONE AERIAL YOGA
