A native of Lithia Springs, Kelly first discovered yoga at the University of Southern California where she received a BA in History and Philosophy. In 2019, she received her 200-hour teaching certificate from New Day Yoga in Kennesaw, GA, and acquired a deeper appreciation for the meditative and spiritual aspects of practicing yoga. Kelly enjoys teaching students to find proper alignment in each posture and experience the benefits of freeing the flow of energy through the body. Her favorite yoga posture is tree pose and her favorite breath practice is Nadi Shodhana, because they bring balance to the body, mind, and spirit. Kelly is passionate about nature and her favorite hobby is hiking in the woods.
