Heather began her fitness journey 12 years ago when she accepted an invitation to run a 10k. Those few beginning strides as a runner completely changed her life. Heather then began exploring different styles of fitness and healthy living, finding a love for yoga, High Intensity Training and Kickboxing.
Heather enjoys hiking, camping with her family, traveling, live music and time to herself. When hiking Heather loves to practice Tree Pose on fallen trees.
Heather holds a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Yoga and Ayurveda Center, a Personal Training Certification through The American Council on Exercise and is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
