Heather

Heather began her fitness journey over 12 years ago with a simple invitation to run a 10K. What started as a few tentative strides quickly evolved into a life-changing path centered around movement, strength, and wellness. Her passion for fitness grew as she explored a variety of disciplines, eventually falling in love with yoga, High Intensity Training, and kickboxing.

Heather brings a dynamic and well-rounded perspective to her teaching, blending her love of movement with a deep understanding of how the body functions and thrives. She’s known for her motivating energy, creative sequencing, and ability to challenge students while keeping the practice grounded and accessible.

Off the mat, Heather enjoys hiking, camping with her family, traveling, and catching live music. She finds joy in quiet moments to herself and often takes her practice into nature—balancing in Tree Pose atop fallen logs is one of her favorite ways to connect with both body and earth.

Heather holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from the Yoga and Ayurveda Center, is a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), and is also a certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist.
