Whether you want to become a yoga teacher or simply deepen your own practice, our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training gives you the opportunity to explore yoga beyond what we can cover in a regular class.

Just Breathe Yoga Center is in the process of becoming a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS 200). Our training provides a strong foundation in yoga, including poses and alignment, anatomy, sequencing, teaching methodology, philosophy, breathwork, meditation and more.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to practice what you’re learning, ask questions and gain hands-on teaching experience so you can build the knowledge and confidence to lead your own classes.

And you don’t have to want to teach to take the training. It’s also a great fit for anyone who wants to deepen their personal practice and better understand the why behind what we do on the mat.
