Bea

Bea is an E-RYT 200 & 500 CYT whose yoga journey began at 16. Since then, her practice has been a steady and evolving part of her life. In 2016, she became certified in Buti Yoga and began her path of teaching and guiding others. She has taught over 4,000 hours and has spent countless more refining her own practice on the mat.
Bea deeply respects the origins of yoga while embracing freedom of self-expression within the practice. Her philosophy, “everything is everything,” reflects her belief that all things are interconnected and constantly influencing one another.
An avid outdoorswoman, Bea feels most alive in nature and is always up for adventure. She loves animals, crystals, coffee, meaningful conversations, and a little humor along the way. In her classes, expect depth, energy, authenticity, and the reminder not to take life too seriously.
Her guiding mantra is simple: honor your body, honor your spirit, and grow into what you are passionate about.
