My name is Yesenia, also known as Diosa and I am committed to cultivating safe spaces for alignment, beauty, creativity, and divinity to aid in the art of healing. Since graduating with my RYS200 from PeachTree Yoga Center earlier this year, I have expanded my personal practice and stepped into the instructor role where I am able to introduce this amazing lifestyle & practice to all who are willing to receive it. With a background in ballet and mental health - the focus on flexibility & balance to release tension that a Yin Yoga practice offers has resonated deeply with me.
