Katrina Lawson received her 200-hour yoga certification at Sacred Chill West. Her classes range from gentle to active as well as beginner to advanced. Her teaching style focuses on being still then moving. Katrina began yoga over eight years ago while searching for holistic remedies and a more naturopathic way of life. She has experience designing yoga classes and integrated gentle yoga lesson plans for beginner and intermediate students. Some of her loves, besides her husband; are laughing, reading, discovering new restaurants, and traveling.
