Chelsey received her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Passion Yoga School. Chelsey started practicing yoga in 2014 and instantly fell in love with the calming benefits of yoga. As her practice has expanded so have her feelings of inner peace. In addition to yoga, she also enjoys cooking, gardening, herbal medicine and spending time with loved ones. Currently, Chelsey is studying exercise science at Georgia Highlands College and plans to continue studying yoga and nutrition in the future. Finally, Chelsey hopes to share the practice with you soon!
